Living Area & Kitchen

A beautiful fully equipped kitchen and lounge space with smart TV and king size sofa bed.  The kitchen includes a washing machine, crockery, cutlery, pans, cooking utensils, integrated fridge/freezer and pull out dining table which can seat up to 4 persons.

Double Bedroom

A modern double bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and another smart TV.  The mattress is a 1200 sprung mattress with a hotel collection mattress topper also added.  Our previous guests all say that the bed is very comfortable!

Shower Room

A walk in quadrant shower with bath sheets and hand towels included for your stay.

Entrance Hallway

A large entrance hallway with sufficient space to store bicycles, pushchairs, luggage or larger items.

About

Brohar Annexe is a wonderfully located 1 bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 4 persons.  It is very carefully positioned on Fairways golf course and so is very quiet and peaceful.  Restaurants are within walking distance and the town centre is just a 5 minute drive away.  There is private parking right outside your own front door.  


The apartment is also pet friendly (maximum of 2 dogs) and has beautiful dog walking areas also on the doorstep.


The views 

The views are simply stunning!  Whether it's the beautiful view right over the city to Ben Wyvis on a clear day, the sun setting, or the Northern Lights in the spring months... they are sure to impress!
